Running XP with the windows version 4.3.1.

Rooms seem to be broken. Starting around level 10-11 I've noticed multiple rooms showing up on the map.

One room will work as normal. The other rooms will either let you walk on room tiles like normal floor tiles without revealing the room, give you the normal room message yet be as impassable as a wall and not let you enter, or warp you to the one room that does work and reset it (which was amusing as I could keep warping to the dragon's lair and getting the green treasure).

The broken rooms also don't seem to respect normal room sizes, as they are often much larger and rectangular. If they happen to block the exit, you're blocked from progressing.

Another player reported the same behaviour so I think its a bug.
I tried to reproduce it without success so far.
The roomlist is created as it should. Over level 50 there should be 2 rooms not earlier.

So I started to create a character to play to that level.
So far everything as expected.
Need to reproduce that to fix it though.

Want a savegame? I've got one that shows the room bug and the bug where you get multiple identical staff pieces on different levels.

eta: You'll have to tell me which files the saves are stored in though, it's not immediately apparent.

I just released a new version that hopefully solves this problem.
Please try it and report back if the problem still exists.

Grunz found and fixed the bugs.

I think I found the real problem now:
The room list is never cleared so if you start a new game, the rooms for the new labyrinth layout get appended.
That way the list gets longer and longer.
It is fixed in SVN now,but due to other changes, that version does not work properly right now.
To work around this bug,one needs to quit and restart the program if one wants to start a new game.
That way the list of rooms will not get messed up.

I am improving the idle mode of the game right now. Means that when we do not do anything the game does not use processor time. This will be important for the upcoming smartphone (N900) version. But this is a huge code change as it affects all screens the game has. So we still have a lot of errors right now. I hopefully find enough time to finish the changes and release a new version soon.
