Of course assasination etc. do. But they work in a different way. They don't affect oponents with immunity. They don't increase the maximum percentage. To exploit the critical-bonus of attack skill one would use assasination etc. anyway.
But I understand why you don't like the idea. It is not as straightforward as those features you got already implemented.
Maybe that additional bonus is not necessary at all. The first levels are no fun for a fighter with to few attackpoints. Even with hunter skill it is not quite easy to hit a bat. And I was once completely striped of all my fighters properties by one of them lightning spitting and stealing clouds - I just scored no hit in time.
